Green Building Wedding Party

Caitie and Michelle already had an intimate wedding ceremony upstate, but wanted to throw the best dance party ever for all of their family and friends in Brooklyn to celebrate. They pulled together a truly epic event at The Green Building that lived up to the challenge.

Their biggest goals: great, easy going food (accomplished with multiple food trucks and vendors, including Shake Shack, El Toro Rojo, La Rina, and Creme and Cocoa Creamery), and their dream DJ Neil Armstrong keeping the dance floor rocking all night.

In place of re-staging their ceremony, Caitie and Michelle and their closest friends made toasts to kick off the celebration. Then everything shifted into a food-hug-dance-fest full of joy.

The Green Building was the perfect space for this wedding party: a big open floor ready for a party and a lovely outdoor space that was a perfect place to nosh on street food fare. The energy of all of these beautiful friends coming together for the first time in years was absolutely amazing.
