Fire Island Wedding: Ocean Beach. Eva and Pat

Eva grew up spending lots of time on Fire Island with her family. And when she began dating Pat, she brought him along for the ride. So when they began to plan their wedding, it seemed like the perfect place for an incredibly fun weekend with all of their family and friends.

They rented some houses for the weekend and caught the ferry over with their gorgeous outfits (seriously…check out this glorious Bhldn dress!), decor, and party goods in tow. Their friend performed a beautiful ceremony on the beach, with other Fire Island residents and visitors looking on from balconies and beachfront nearby. There were tons of hugs and love on the beach afterwards, followed by a joyous march to Maguire’s, where the reception was held.

Along with cocktail hour and a first dance on the deck, we were blessed with an incredible sunset before heading in to a packed dance floor, food, and a cannoli tower for dessert. The whole day was just packed with love and fun and sun, and made me ready to catch the ferry back out to Fire Island over and over again myself.
